How it works Pricing The 30-Day Deployment Book a fit call

For CPA firms

Claude for CPA firms, without losing control of client work.

I set up Claude inside CPA and accounting firms of 25 to 300 people. It runs on your firm's own accounts, it works from your own workpapers and templates, and I set it up so nothing goes to a client without the engagement reviewer's yes.

Where it usually starts.

These are examples, not promises. We shortlist one on the fit call, based on where your hours actually go, and confirm it in week one.

  • Compilation packages and workpaper rollforwards: prior-year files rolled forward, with differences flagged for the preparer
  • Engagement status and weekly reporting from the systems you already use, gathered into one page a week
  • The December engagement-letter run: letters drafted from your templates, for partner review
  • Client AI disclosure language: a starting draft of what you tell clients about how your firm uses Claude, for your partners and counsel to rewrite

Your firm makes the risk calls.

How you use client data, what you disclose, and who signs off are your firm's decisions. I set the system up to follow them, and the record shows what Claude did and who reviewed it. Legal questions, like IRC 7216 for tax work, stay with your counsel.

Every workflow gets a one-page record: the owner, what it can read, what it can change, who reviews it, and what stops it. How the controls work.

How the first 30 days run.

One workflow, up to five of your people, live work. In week one we time the work as it runs today, with your own stopwatch. In week four we time the same thing again, and you get a written recommendation: continue, refine, or stop.

We plan around busy season. Nothing new lands on your team then. The full outline is on the 30-Day Deployment page.

Questions CPA firm owners ask.

What about busy season?

We plan around it. Nothing new lands on your team then, and the 30 days run in a stretch your firm picks.

Where does client data go?

Into your firm's own Claude accounts, which Anthropic processes under its business terms. Files stay on your own computers, and I never log into your systems. What Anthropic says about training on business-plan data is on the safety page.

Who approves what goes out?

The reviewer on the engagement. Claude prepares, checks, and assembles. Anything that sends, posts, pays, files, or speaks for your firm waits for a person to say yes.

What does it cost?

The 30-Day Deployment is $10,000. The Diagnostic, a smaller paid first step, is $3,000. After the deployment you can continue on a flat monthly retainer with a three-month minimum, priced from what the deployment showed. Claude accounts are billed by Anthropic, separately.
